Why Flock exists.

Thirty years inside retail automotive participating in F&I, refinance, insurance, and protection taught one thing: the dealer earns the customer, and somebody else captures the lifecycle.

I'm Chad Albertson. We built SongBird to engage drivers on refinance, protection, and insurance directly — on the dealer's behalf. Every month we watch D2C call centers and fintechs eat into dealer relationships — refinancing the dealer's customer, selling the dealer's customer a new VSC, insuring the dealer's customer somewhere else.

The dealer did the hard work. Somebody else got the recurring revenue.

SongBird is the operating layer I wished dealers had years ago. Flock is the dealer-facing brand — built so the dealer keeps the customer, the customer gets a fair offer from a partner who underwrites with depth, and the relationship and revenue lands back where it should.
